Initial Phase of the Project

Previous study and definition of the refurbishment or new construction and its objectives.
Consulting of Architect and Designer.
Preliminary, analysis and study of the designs of the Architect and Designer.
Establishing the quantities and qualities of the furniture, accessories and equipment proposed by the Designer.
Establishing the budget of the furniture, accessories and equipment based on the estimate of the initial cost.
Market study, evaluation and presentation of alternative products (Procurement FF&E y OS&E).
Creation of the initial Budgets.
Confirmation of the project by the Hotel.
Review of the Basic Project.
Complete scheduling of the Project.
Supervision of the licences and permits of the work.
Review of the Execution project.
Preparation of bidding documents including plans and specifications of the execution project provided by the Architect and Engineer and organisation of tenders to select the construction company.

Review and evaluation of the bids received from the bids and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.

Management of the demolishing, removal or sale of existing furniture and equipment.
